We know buying candles online can be a little tricky and sometimes the scent doesn’t quite match your imagination, or a different style catches your eye. That’s why we’re happy to exchange your purchase for another scent or product that you’ll truly love. Just email us at tara@frenchstem.com, and we’ll make it easy.

Returns + Exchanges
All sales are final unless your candle arrives damaged. Lit candles cannot be returned.
If your candle is damaged during shipping, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund. Simply send us a photo and your order details at tara@frenchstem.com, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Please note: shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged in transit.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
Shipping
Orders ship from our studio within 2–3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow along.
