SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All sales are final unless goods are damaged during transit.
We will not accept any returns of candles that have been lit.
To return your product, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you the appropriate shipping address. Customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs of returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you need to inquire about a return/refund, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
When provided a refund for a damaged product, your shipping and handling costs are not included. You can request this amount to be refunded, and once the claim for your damaged candle is received, we will then honor the shipping costs back to you.
You may cancel your order for a full refund within the first 24 hours of submitting order.
We only replace items if they are damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Orders ship from our studio in 2-3 business days for regular delivery.
