That’s why we’re happy to exchange your unused purchase for another scent or product that you’ll truly love. Just email us at tara@frenchstem.com, and we’ll make it easy.
Returns + Exchanges
Shipping
Orders ship from our studio within 2–4 business days. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow along.
Please note: shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged in transit.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
